What is Unlok?
Unlok is a very powerful and useful tool for YouTubers, fitness trainers, models, content creators, public figures and influencers.
Why should I verify my email?
A verified email address means that you will receive important system notifications and other updates about your account. Your email and password are the keys to your account and sometimes emails can be accidentally mistyped during registration. Email verification checks whether your address was entered correctly and ensures that you will be able to recover account access in case you forget your password
Is it possible to protect my profile?
Sure, we recommend all our users to confirm their email address for their own security. The email is being sent after you finish the registration process. In case you have not received the email from us, please click "Resend" button on your profile settings.
Why can't I see my paid subscriptions?
Please ensure that you have not mistakingly created a second account.
I can't login with the correct email and password. What should I do?
Using VPN services may increase the chance of your account being automatically flagged as suspicious. If you are still unable to login to your account and did not use VPN services when registering, please contact our support team at [email protected] and we will investigate your issue. Our representative will be able to provide you with access if your account has been mistakingly flagged and there has been no breach of our Terms of Service on your current, or on any other accounts created by you before.
When will the mobile app be available?
We don't have the estimate at this time, however the website remains fully mobile compatible and we are constantly looking at ways to improve it's mobile version and add new features. Any existing mobile applications should be considered suspicious and we do not recommend using them.
Why did you change your Terms of Service now?
We’re updating our Terms of Service as an ongoing effort to simplify how Unlok works for fans and creators.
What if I don’t accept the updated Terms of Service?
If you don’t agree to the new Terms, you should remove your content and stop using our services.
What benefits come with subscribing?
Apart from having exclusive access to all the private content being posted by an Unlok user, you also have the benefit of being able to communicate with them directly via the direct messages interface. Furthermore, with lots of great new features released daily, following an Unlok profile brings you closer to that person than ever before.
How do I get charged?
All credit card charges are either in USD or in GBP currencies. We use a secure and encrypted third-party payment processor to complete transactions.
How can users search for other accounts?
A bar left Menu appears on the left of your Home page once you have activated a paid subscription go to creators.
How do I subscribe to others?
Repeat the same process like the first time.
What type of credit cards are accepted?
At this time you can only use Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Discover credit or debit cards for subscribing. You will have to confirm your purchase with an additional temporary verification code or sms code. Prepaid cards, gift cards, PayPal and other payment methods are not supported at this time.
What information will be displayed on my card statement?
Your card statement will show that the payment was made to Atomick Marketing.
I'm trying to access user's link and it says "This page is not available". Why did this happen?
Our users can block access to their account for certain countries, states or IP addresses and that is usually the case in such situations.
What should I do if I can't subscribe?
Make sure your email address is verified and you use an up to date web-browser application, like Safari, Chrome or Firefox. Please make sure you have a valid credit card linked in your account.
How to cancel a subscription?
In order to cancel your subscription, just visit the model's profile and click on the three dots icon inside the picture.
Subscriptions may not auto-renew if: a) your credit card was declined; b) if the subscription price has increased; c) auto-renew was disabled by you. Please review your account and contact us at [email protected]
Why do I see a pending charge on my credit card?
Pending charges may temporarily appear on your statement if you have had multiple, unsuccessful purchase attempts. Pending charges disappear from your card automatically within couple of days. Please contact us if you have any questions.
I didn't like the page that I've subscribed to. Can I get a refund?

Who can see my account?
How can I promote my account?
You can promote your account by posting new content often. People are more likely to subscribe if they see lots of posts with content. Place your Unlok profile link in the "About" fields of your social media profiles, share posts via Twitter or advertise your unlok page anywhere you have followers.
Can I link Unlok to my other social media?
Absolutely. In fact we would encourage it. You can promote your unlok account in any way you wish.
What should I do if my subscriptions get paused due to inactivity?
You need to be active on your profile at least once a month so that the system does not pause your subscriptions automatically.
Are there any restrictions for posting?
You can include up to 20 pictures or one video in each post. The video file size limit is 3Gb per piece. Images should be less than 6000x6000 pixels. Unlok supports mp4, mov, avi and mpeg4 video formats. We cannot guarantee other video formats will work perfectly.
Can I delete or edit a post?
You can click the three-dot button at the bottom right side of your post to see all available actions. Please note: it may not be possible to delete all your posts on the same day.
Why do subscribers say my page is unavailable?
You have probably edited the geo-blocking section of your Security Settings page recently and that is why some users from blocked countries or areas may not be able to see your profile.
What does watermark mean and how does it work?
Unlok offers watermarking for videos and photos as a copyright protection feature. If you add custom text, it will appear as your watermark. You can configure your watermarks in your Settings page.
Why can other users live stream and I cannot?
The live streaming feature is currently in beta testing mode. It will be fully available for all users in the near future.
What information will be public on my profile?
Other users can see only the information that is displayed on your public profile. Profile name, @username, avatar with cover pictures and fans count (optional) will be visible for profile visitors.

How do I earn with Unlok?
Your account is being assigned a payout system depending on your location. Nowadays we work with few great merchants that allow us to configure your account in the most efficient way. Add your bank account to make sure that your account is verified and you've set the subscription price in Settings.
What type of photo ID is needed for verification?
Verification requires an up-to-date government issued photo ID document (preferably passport). All the information must be clearly visible for verification. The ID photo may not be edited or resized and it must display the document in full size with minimum background. The photo of you with your ID must clearly show your face and the ID document. Try to avoid capturing glare or other optical effects that may cover the data or distort the image. There will be no action after you select the files so just click Send for Approval button and please wait while the files are being uploaded. US residents are also required to complete a W9 form.
How often do I get paid?
We offer payments every 15 days or every 30days. Please note you in both cases the first payment will take 25 to 30 days to be available.
Why have some of my earnings been returned?
If a fan seeks a chargeback and is successful, that money is returned from creator. The Status column on creator's Statements page will indicate if any earnings were reversed.
What should I do if my fans say they can't subscribe or send tips?
You can advise your fans to contact us for more information at [email protected] as it may be an issue with their account specifically.
Do I have to fill all the info in my profile in order to get verified?
Yes, it is necessary to have your profile filled properly before applying for verification. We recommend to use profile pictures that show you and the nature of your profile for your future fans. Including your Instagram or Twitter links is preferred and can speed-up the verification process. Please make sure that all the media and information you fill corresponds to our Terms.
I have not received a payout. What should I do?
Please wait 7-10 business days from the day you have requested a payout. If your bank details are correct and you still have not received your funds after 10 days, please contact us. Please note: currency conversion or other bank fees may be applied.
How much can I charge?
The minimum amount you can charge for your subscription is $10 per month. The maximum amount you can charge for your subscription is $50. The minimum amount you can charge for paid private messages or tips is $1. Your earning forecast really depends on the quality and quantity of the content you upload. The more you post, the more incentive there is for your fans to subscribe (and remain subscribed) to your profile.
Can you provide a tax form for my earnings?
Please use your Earnings Statistics page as a personal self employment income data source. Content creators in the United States will receive an IRS Form 1099 if they have earned more than $600 USD in the previous tax year.
Can I use Unlok from my country?
You can find the list of available countries on the Add Bank page once you have created an account.
If we receive an excessive amount of complaints from our subscribers, fraud activitie, inactive post and others.
Could Unlok freeze or delete my account as a model ?
